These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ph935 ("ph935," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "User," or "Player") who accesses or uses the online gaming platform available at ph935.app and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or application-based products operated under the ph935 brand (collectively, the "Platform").

ph935 is operated under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the government agency mandated by law to license and regulate all forms of gaming in the Philippines, including online gaming platforms. Use of the ph935 Platform is governed by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform for individual games or promotional events. All such documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion available on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and your acceptance constitutes their acceptance.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register an Account on the ph935 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person (registration by corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures is not permitted);
3. You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and during active use of the Platform;
4. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by PAGCOR or voluntarily imposed through the ph935 responsible gaming system;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of ph935 or any of ph935's affiliated game providers;
6. You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
7. The registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

ph935 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration of more than one Account per individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ph935 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending wagers and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

ph935 is required under its PAGCOR regulatory obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players before enabling withdrawal functionality on any Account. You agree to submit, upon request, documentation sufficient to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Accepted primary identity documents for Philippine residents include:

• PhilSys National ID (Philippine Identification System Card)
• Philippine Passport (current or expired within the past two years)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's Licence
• Social Security System (SSS) Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) eCard
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

ph935 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds declarations, and enhanced due diligence documentation for high-volume accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure.

All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the ph935 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

You agree to notify ph935 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your Account. ph935 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

ph935 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. When 2FA is active, a one-time verification code is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number and must be entered at login in addition to your password. ph935 will never contact you by any channel requesting your password or 2FA code — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All financial transactions on the ph935 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph935 supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and select Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list of active methods is displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph935 Account Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. ph935 does not impose a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier interface of your Account.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests submitted by standard account holders are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days;
• ph935 Gold and Platinum VIP tier members are eligible for same-day withdrawal processing;
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method;
• ph935 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds.

ph935 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your registered ph935 Account must match the name on the payment instrument used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions failing this match will be rejected and returned.

ph935 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ph935 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's specific terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited without compensation;
• Free spin winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion;
• ph935 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred in respect of bonuses already credited;
• Players who ph935 determines, at its sole discretion, are exploiting promotional offers through arbitrage, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ph935 reserves the right to decline to offer a bonus to any Player, or to restrict the bonus eligibility of any Player, without obligation to provide a reason.

All games available on the ph935 Platform — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, dragon fishing, and sports betting markets on MT Live — are governed by individual game rules and, where applicable, by the rules published by the relevant certified game provider. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game's outcome and settlement.

All slot games and random number generator (RNG)-based games available on the ph935 Platform use certified RNG systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee outcomes over any finite number of sessions or wagers. Live dealer games are conducted using physical playing equipment — cards, roulette wheels, or dice — in professionally audited studio environments.

ph935 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, placed on a market that was offered in error, or placed after the relevant event or game round has concluded. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, ph935 will resolve the round in accordance with the applicable game provider's technical failure protocol. Where resolution is not possible, affected Wagers will be refunded at stake value.

For sports betting markets on MT Live, settlements are based on official results from recognised governing bodies — including the PBA for Philippine basketball, the NBA, UEFA and FIFA for international football, and the relevant sanctioning body for UFC, boxing, and other combat sports. Results that are officially amended after initial settlement may result in bet resettlement and balance adjustments on affected Accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph935 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any associated Balance, and referral to PAGCOR and, where applicable, Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Underage access: Registering or attempting to register an Account while under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access the Platform;
• Multiple accounts: Registering, maintaining, or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identity information;
• Money laundering: Using the ph935 Platform as a mechanism for laundering funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to deposit funds to your Account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole card information in poker or coordinating bets on live dealer games;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place Wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard manual users;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or display errors in your favour without immediately reporting them to ph935 support;
• Prohibited jurisdiction access: Accessing or using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online real-money gaming is prohibited by applicable local law.

ph935 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can develop into a harmful pattern of behaviour, and we take our obligations in this area seriously as both a regulatory requirement and a matter of operational principle.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph935 Account holders and can be accessed directly from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session time limits: Maximum session duration reminders and automatic logout triggers;
• Loss limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over configurable time periods;
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary access suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the Account remains intact but is inaccessible for wagering;
• Self-exclusion: A voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion with a minimum period of six (6) months, after which reinstatement requires a formal application and cooling-off confirmation.

ph935 cross-references PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry. Any Player registered on the PAGCOR national exclusion list will not be permitted to maintain an active ph935 Account. All content on the ph935 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, source code, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of ph935 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293), and applicable international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph935 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any Platform content. You must not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph935.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph935's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ph935 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph935 will not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss, whether or not such loss was foreseeable or ph935 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibility on the Player's end;
• Acts of God, force majeure events, government orders, or any circumstance beyond ph935's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph935's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph935 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ph935 Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph935 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or as a condition of our gaming licence. ph935 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. ph935 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph935 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• The Account is involved in suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• The Account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order or is listed on the PAGCOR national exclusion registry;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ph935.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance confirmed as legitimately belonging to the Account holder — after deduction of any amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph935 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method prior to closure.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ph935 Platform — including game outcomes, bonus settlement, payment processing, or Account decisions — you should follow the ph935 dispute resolution procedure in the following sequence:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the ph935 support team at [email protected], including your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. ph935 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial support response, you may request escalation to ph935's Compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Regulatory Complaint: If your dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the ph935 internal process, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through the authority's official complaint mechanism for matters falling within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

ph935 will not charge any fee for processing a Player complaint at any stage of the dispute resolution process.

These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the ph935 Platform are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph935 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph935 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to maintain regulatory compliance — no advance notice period is required.

Your continued use of the ph935 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 14 and withdraw any remaining Balance.
