To register an Account on the ph935 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
ph935 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration of more than one Account per individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ph935 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending wagers and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
ph935 is required under its PAGCOR regulatory obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players before enabling withdrawal functionality on any Account. You agree to submit, upon request, documentation sufficient to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Accepted primary identity documents for Philippine residents include:
ph935 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds declarations, and enhanced due diligence documentation for high-volume accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure.
All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the ph935 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.
You agree to notify ph935 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your Account. ph935 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
ph935 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. When 2FA is active, a one-time verification code is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number and must be entered at login in addition to your password. ph935 will never contact you by any channel requesting your password or 2FA code — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
All financial transactions on the ph935 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph935 supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and select Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list of active methods is displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph935 Account Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. ph935 does not impose a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier interface of your Account.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
ph935 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your registered ph935 Account must match the name on the payment instrument used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions failing this match will be rejected and returned.

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee outcomes over any finite number of sessions or wagers. ph935 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, placed on a market that was offered in error, or placed after the relevant event or game round has concluded. Where resolution is not possible, affected Wagers will be refunded at stake value.
For sports betting markets on MT Live, settlements are based on official results from recognised governing bodies — including the PBA for Philippine basketball, the NBA, UEFA and FIFA for international football, and the relevant sanctioning body for UFC, boxing, and other combat sports. Results that are officially amended after initial settlement may result in bet resettlement and balance adjustments on affected Accounts.

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any associated Balance, and referral to PAGCOR and, where applicable, Philippine law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph935 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any Platform content. You must not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph935.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph935's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ph935 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph935 will not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss, whether or not such loss was foreseeable or ph935 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph935's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
ph935 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ph935 Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph935 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or as a condition of our gaming licence. ph935 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. ph935 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph935 determines, in its sole discretion, that:
Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance confirmed as legitimately belonging to the Account holder — after deduction of any amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph935 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method prior to closure.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ph935 Platform — including game outcomes, bonus settlement, payment processing, or Account decisions — you should follow the ph935 dispute resolution procedure in the following sequence:
ph935 will not charge any fee for processing a Player complaint at any stage of the dispute resolution process.
These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the ph935 Platform are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph935 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph935 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to maintain regulatory compliance — no advance notice period is required.
Your continued use of the ph935 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 14 and withdraw any remaining Balance.
